LS poll results: PM congratulates Narendra Modi

New Delhi, May 16 (IBNS): With BJP-led NDA registering a clear victory in the Lok Sabha polls, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh congratulated BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday.

"Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh calls Shri Narendra Modi and congratulated him on his party's victory in the Lok Sabha elections," the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) tweeted.

Trends on Friday showed a NDA government in New Delhi under Narendra Modi is now almost a reality.
