LJP releases first list of candidates for Bihar Assembly polls

Patna, Sept 18 (IBNS) National Democratic Alliance partner Lok Janshakti Party on Friday declared its first list of 12 candidates for Bihar Assembly elections fielding among others party chief Ram Vilas Paswan's brother and nephew, reports said.

The party is said to have come to a consensus on candidates for 29 out of 40 seats it will contest. It will soon decide on rest of the seats.

The Bihar Assembly elections will be held in five phases during October-November.
