Chandigarh/IBNS: Several people are feared trapped as a landslide buried about a dozen vehicles in Haryana's Bhiwani district on Saturday.

The vehicles were involved in mining work.

About 10-15 people are missing, several reports said.

State Agriculture Minister JP Dalal has reached the site to oversee the rescue operation.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar tweeted, "Saddened by the unfortunate landslide accident in Dadam mining zone at Bhiwani. I am in constant touch with the local administration to ensure swift rescue operations and immediate assistance to the injured."
