Kerala govt harassing Sabarimala devotees in the name of SC order

| @indiablooms | Feb 22, 2019, at 11:54 pm

Palakkad, Feb 22 (IBNS): BJP president Amit Shah on Friday said the Kerala government was harassing devotees at Sabarimala in the name of protecting the Supreme Court order.

Speaking at a rally here, Shah said: "More than 2,000 Sabarimala devotees are in jail and over 30,000 have been booked under false cases. All this is in the name of the Supreme Court order.”

“If you follow SC orders religiously, how many loudspeakers in mosques have you banned?" he questioned.

"Supreme Court orders are not for any particular community," he said.

Shah said: "The BJP workers stand like a rock with the devotees of Lord Ayappa (of Sabarimala temple)."
