Karnataka: 40 students injured as bus collides with tank
Vijaypura, Nov 27 (UNI) About 40 college students sustained injuries when a KSRTC bus collided with a diesel tanker on Wednesday on National Highway 50 at Yumkunji by-pass in Sindagi village of Vijaypura District.
Police said that the condition of some students is critical.
One of the student has reportedly lost her right hand in the accident. The victim who lost her hand has been identified as Sridevi (21).
The students have been shifted to district and private hospitals for treatment after administering first aid at Sindagi government hospital.
A case has been registered in this connection.
