Jammu and Kashmir: Police recovers unidentified decomposed body of man in Poonch

Jammu, May 5 (UNI) Police on Sunday recovered a decomposed body of an unidentified man from Dhalara area in Poonch District of Jammu and Kashmir.
 

Police said that some locals on Sunday morning found a decomposed body of male probably (aged 57-58) near a river bank at Dhalara.

A police team was dispatched and the possession of the body was taken and shifted to to district hospital for identification and postmortem, they added.


Police said that inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC have been initiated.
