Jammu and Kashmir: Indian Army conducts 'Jashne-eTulail' programme

Srinagar: India Army conducted “Jashn-e-Tulail” to bring cohesiveness and bonding between Army and the local populace in Tulail valley in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipora district.

The event which was conducted to bring about cohesiveness and bonding between the Army & Awam was carried out in the form of “Jashn-e-Tulail” for the local population of Tulail valley.

A number of events were held from August 7-14 during which several programmes including Inter village painting competition, races , girls cycling expedition, run for fun, fire cracker show and a mega cultural event were conducted.

A Campaign of “Har Ghar Tiranga” and Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav were also conducted during “Jashn-e-Tulail”.

The event witnessed huge participation from the people of Tulail valley. A Cultural musical evening show was also conducted during which famous Sufi singers of Kashmir performed before the Tulail audience.
