Jammu and Kashmir: Dwivedi promoted; to be designated as Principal Secretary

Jammu: The government Monday promoted General Administration Department (GAD) Commissioner Secretary Manoj Kumar Dwivedi to the ‘Above Super Time Scale (HAG) of IAS’.

He would be designated Principal Secretary to the Government, GAD.

“Sanction is accorded to the promotion of Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, GAD to the Above Super Time Scale of IAS (Level15 in the pay matrix) with effect from January 1, 2022,” read the GAD order issued on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor.

“Consequent upon the promotion, the officer should be designated as Principal Secretary to the Government, GAD from the date of his promotion to the HAG Above Super Time Scale,” the order reads.
