Jammu and Kashmir: 2 terrorists killed during encounter in Budgam

Pulwama, Feb 13 (IBNS): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said two terrorists were killed during an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on Wednesday.

 

The police said they were involved in several terrorism-related activities.

The police identified them as Hilal Wani and Shoaib Lone.

Police earlier said arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot of the gunfight.

Kashmir Police Zone tweeted: "#Budgam encounter update: 02 killed terrorists identified as Hilal Wani & Shoaib Lone. Both were affiliated with proscribed #terroroutfitHM & involved in several terror attacks. Bodies handed over to families after completion of medico-legal formalities. @JmuKmrPolice."
