Indian army Cheetah helicopter crashes in Bhutan, two pilots die

Guwahati, Sep 27 (IBNS): An Indian army Cheetah helicopter crashed in Bhutan on Friday and left two pilots dead, officials said.

The incident happened at around 1-19 pm.

Two pilots were on board reportedly died in the incident.

According to the reports, the incident took place at Trashigang area near Youngphula domestic airport due to bad weather.

A Captain from the Royal Bhutan Army and a Lieutenant Colonel from the Indian Army Aviation died in the helicopter crash.
