New Delhi, Jan 28 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the Indian armed forces had sent out the message that India takes tough action against those creating problems for the country.

Speaking at an NCC rally in the national capital, Modi said of the armed forces message: "We don't trouble anyone. But then, we don't leave alone those who trouble us."

"We are supporters of peace. But in order to keep the nation secure, we are ready to go to any lengths," he said.

The Prime Minister said India was now in the select group of nations that had the capability to execute nuclear attacks and ensure national protection on land, sea and sky.

"We are making tanks, arms and ammunition, and helicopters in the country," he said.

"When the nation is strong and capable, only then can the youth achieve their dreams," he added.
