New Delhi, Mar 15 (IBNS): While attacking its neighboring country for supporting terrorism, India called Pakistan 'world's terrorism factory' at United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva on Wednesday.

At the United Nations, India attacked Pakistan for supporting terrorism and illegally occupying Kashmir.

Highlighting terrorism as the "grossest violation of human rights", India claimed that a portion of Jammu and Kashmir are under forcible occupation of Pakistan.

The Indian diplomat said: "We also demand that Pakistan must fulfil its obligation to vacate illegal occupation of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK)."

Referring to Pakistan as a terrorism factory, Indian diplomat said that its terrorism policies have alienated its own people with ill-treatment of its minorities.

"Minorities in India have been Prime Ministers, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Crisket team captains but can the minorities of Pakistan claim even the shadow of this?" Indian diplomat said at UN.

Speaking about the threats and challenges human rights of citizens in J&K faces, Indian dilpomat said: "Pakistan backed terror outfits are main challenge to protecting human rights of our citizens in the state of Jammu and Kashmir."

"The Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir is part of a pluralistic and secular democracy, where an independent judiciary, and active media and a vibrant civil society guarantee freedoms," India said while lashing out at Pakistan.

The diplomat emphasised that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and the current situation falls into the category of internal matter of the nations.

India also attacked Pakistan for the latter's selective approach to tackle terrorism inside and outside the country.
