Accusing the Manipur government led by Okram Ibobi Singh of being involved in rampant corruption and lootraj, the BJP National general Secretary Ram Madhav on Sunday said that, if BJP comes to power it would be investigated in all allegations of graft in the present government regime and those found guilty and involved in corruption would be punished.

During a press conference held in Imphal of the poll bound state, Madhav said that, if BJP comes to power its top priority to make Manipur corruption free.

“If BJP come power, all allegations made against the present government would be investigated and those found guilty would be punished,” Madhav said.

“The Congress has pushed Manipur to third poorest state in the country. Congress led government in Manipur has been involved in all possible crimes that exist in CrPC,” the BJP leader said.

Ram Madhav also said that, Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh’s relatives are involved in drugs case.

The BJP leader, who is presently tour in the poll bound north eastern Indian state said that, not even a single promise in Manipur Congress manifesto of 2012 was completed. Unemployment has doubled to 7 lakh in five years. Crore of rupees stolen in past 15 years,” Ram Madhav said.

The BJP leader further said that, the BJP promise Manipur freedom from corruption, freedom from nepotism.

“We will get employment. We will complete all incomplete projects in the state. We promise a bandh and blockade free Manipur. A development focused government with zero tolerance for corruption.
