Sirsa, Aug 27 (IBNS): The disruption of law and order situation in Haryana following the conviction of spiritual leader Gurmeet Ram Rahim for raping two women, does not seem to stop with Dera supporters allegedly attacking TV18 crew in Sirsa on Sunday morning, media reports said.

This happened when the curfew was relaxed for some hours from 6 AM to 11AM..

According to reports, the TV18 crew was filming the Dera Sacha Sauda from the main road outside the dera at about 10.20 am.

Cameraman Sunil, reporter Dharamvir Sharma were in a Swift Dzire car driven by Inderjit.

Suddenly the crew members realised that another swift was following them.

The car containing crew had to stop at a police barricade, where the Swift car caught up with them.

After they stopped, the men pulled out the TV18 crew and tried to snatch away the camera from them.

Sirsa has been witnessing violence since Friday after a court convicted Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim in a rape case.

On Sunday, curfew has been reimposed in Sirsa after being relaxed for few hours, media reports said.

According to media reports, high alert has been sounded in Rohtak jail too, where all routine meeting of inmates with their relatives have been suspended for three days by the jail administration.
