Gulbarg massacre case : Awarding punishment deferred till June 9
Reports said Hearing on quantum of punishment adjourned to June 9.
In all 69 people, including former Congress MP Eshan Jafri, were brutally killed in the incident.
The prosecution demanded either capital punishment or life imprisonment for the convicts.
On June 2, Special Court Judge PB Desai had convicted 24 of the 66 accused, including a Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader, in the Gulberg Society massacre, which took place amid the post Godhra communal frenzy.
