German Ambassador Michael Steiner to visit Jaipur

New Delhi, Nov 6 (IBNS): German Ambassador to India, Michael Steiner, and his wife Eliese Steiner will visit Jaipur from Nov 7th to 9th.

“We are looking forward to travelling again to the beautiful pink city," Ambassador Steiner said.

On Friday, Ambassador Steiner will meet with the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje.

He will then visit the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) where he will hold talks with chancellors and vice-chancellors of various universities, MNIT deans and heads of departments.

At the Fair for Higher Education & Research, organized by the German House for Science and Innovation, on the MNIT campus, the Ambassador will address hundreds of students and dignitaries.

On Saturday, a meeting with the Governor of Rajasthan, Kalyan Singh, is on the Ambassador's agenda.

Ambassador Steiner will attend the Golden Jubilee of the Indo-German Society Jaipur, which celebrates its 50 years anniversary. In his address, he will express his recognition of the Society’s continuous contribution to Indo-German cultural relations.
