Fire in Delhi slum; 500 shanties destroyed
New Delhi, Apr 25 (IBNS) A major fire broke out at a large slum at Vasant Kunj area in South Delhi on Friday morning, said reports.
According to reports, at least 500 shanties were gutted in fire.
The fire originated at around 8.30 am.
As many as 28 fire engines rushed to the spot and doused the flames.
No casualties have been reported so far.
The cause of the fire is yet unknown.
