Festival of India to showcase country's culture, food and literature in Brazil
New Delhi, Aug 24 (IBNS): There will be a special exhibition on Mahatma Gandhi besides a host of other programmes, at the Festival of India, to be held in various cities in Brazil, the Ministry of Culture announced on Thursday.
The Festival will be held from Aug 31 to Sep 9, 2017 in Brasilia, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Some of the programmes include Bharatnatyam Dance by Devayani and Group, Kathak Dance by Nandini Singh and Group, an Indian Food Festival and a Literary Festival.
