Encounter in Kashmir's Kulgam injures 3 Army jawans, 1 cop

Srinagar/IBNS: Three Army jawans and a cop have been injured in a gunfight which took place in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam, media reports said.

The injured have been rushed to the hospital.

Acting on a tip-off, the security focus launched an operation in search for terrorists in Adigam village of the district.

An encounter broke out after the terrorists opened fire at the security forces during the Army's search operation.

The encounter is still on.
