ED arrests meat exporter in money laundering case, to be produced in court today

New Delhi, Aug 26 (IBNS): Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested a meat exporter, Moin Qureshi, in connection with a money laundering case, media reports said.

Qureshi will be produced in Delhi's Patiala House Court on Saturday.

The probe has been made against Qureshi for allegedly sending funds to several countries through hawala channels.

The case against Qureshi was registered by the ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) two years ago over the allegations of illegal forex dealings and tax evasion.
