EC orders repolling in 38 booths of Srinagar Parliamentary constituency
Srinagar, Apr 12 (IBNS): The Election Commission has ordered repolling at 38 booths in Srinagar Lok Sabha by-election, according to media reports on Wednesday.
The polling will be held on Thursday.
Polling was held at the Srinagar parliamentary constituency on Apr 9, which recorded 6.5 per cent voter turnout and witnessed violent activities.
Police had to resort to firing, which resulted in the death of six people.
The repolling will be held across five assembly segments of the 15-segment constituency.
