Delhi mob tonsures two men for raping class eleven girl
New Delhi, Sept 14 (IBNS) In an act of injustice handed over by a mob, two men were tonsured for allegedly raping a Class XI student in Delhi, reports said.
The girl was reportedly kidnapped while out on a morning walk in Aman Vihar in outer Delhi.
She was taken to a house in the locality, gagged and raped by two men.
Locals, who were searching for the girl, later tracked her down to a house-gagged and her hands and feet tied.
The accused were apprehended and tonsured before being handed over to the police.
