Dalbir Singh visits his school

New Delhi, Oct 23 (IBNS) General Dalbir Singh, Chief of Army Staff, visited Sainik School, Chittorgarh on Friday.

The COAS was given a Guard of Honour by Guard Commander, Ankit Sharma who is also the School Captain. The COAS interacted with the Principal, Staff and Cadets of the school.

He witnessed the PT Display, Gymnastics and Horse Show conducted by the cadets and Army personnel for the motivation of school cadets. He was also briefed on the new developments in the school.

The COAS addressed the gathering and encouraged the cadets to strive for excellence and scale greater heights. He appreciated the growth of his Alma Mater and complimented the Principal and faculty for their keen involvement and selfless service. He took a tour of the campus and inaugurated the “NDA Hall” and christened the Academic Block.
