DA case: Jaya gets relief

New Delhi, June 6 (IBNS): In a relief to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, the Supreme Court extended the suspension of trial in the disproportionate assets case against her.

The court extended the suspension of trial in the case till June 16.

The case of disproportionate wealth allegedly accumulated by Jayalalithaa dates back from 1991 to 1996 when she was the chief minister.
