Court gives notice to ED on Satyendar Jain's 'leaked' video in Tihar Jail
New Delhi: A Delhi Court Saturday issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), after Aam Admi Party (AAP) minister Satyendar Jain’s legal team filed a petition alleging ‘contempt of court’, saying that the CCTV footage, showing the minister taking a massage in jail, has been 'leaked', media reported.
Jain’s legal team said that the ED leaked the CCTV footage disregarding its undertaking that it gave to the court, India Today reported.
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court asked the ED how the video got leaked despite its undertaking to the court. Issuing the notice, Special Judge Vikas Dhull fixed the matter for hearing on November 21, according to the report.
Earlier on Saturday, the BJP released a video of Satyendar Jain getting a massage in a Tihar jail cell.

According to the India Today report, the video is old. It said citing the Tihar Jail sources that the authorities have already taken action against concerned officers and jail staff.
Earlier, the probe agency had claimed in a court that Satyendar Jain was receiving VIP treatment inside the Tihar Jail with facilities like head massage, foot massage, and back massage.
It had also submitted evidence to prove that the Delhi minister was leading a “luxurious life” inside the jail.
Countering BJP's post, AAP claimed Jain has a vertebrae disc injury for which he needs physiotherapy or acupressure treatment.
