Congress rejects reports on Ambika Soni's resignation

New Delhi, July 21 (IBNS): The Congress party has denied reports that its senior party leader Ambika Soni has resigned.

Soni is a general secretary of the party.

She is also incharge of party affairs in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir.

Rejecting reports of her resignation, Congress leader Randeep S Surjewala‏ tweeted: "Smt. Ambika Soni is a seasoned & experienced leader of Congress Party. We reject the news plants qua her resignation by 'Bhakt' channels."
