New Delhi/IBNS: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said China is working hard to bring the Coronavirus under control.

He said it seems that China is now getting the virus under control.

"China is working very hard, I have spoken to President Xi. It looks like China is getting it under control," he said while meeting the India Inc here at the US Embassy.

Speaking on the probability of being re-elected as US President, Trump said: "When we win re-elections, I think we will, the markets will go up like a rocket ship."

Trump arrived in India on Monday.

He attended the massive Namaste Modi event at the Motera Stadium in the Gujarat city.

Trump and Modi sat for bilateral talks on Tuesday.
