Chattisgarh: Security forces recover two bodies clad in Maoist uniform after encounter in Bijapur

Raipur, Jan 23 (IBNS): Security forces recovered two bodies in Maoist uniform along with weapons after gun battle in forests of Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, according to media reports on Monday.

The encounter between security forces and the alleged insurgents took place late on Sunday evening.

The security personnel were on a counter-insurgency operation in the area and retaliated when they were fired upon by suspected Maoist terrorists, media reported.
