New Delhi/IBNS/UNI: Days after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids at his office and residence in connection with its probe into alleged irregularities in implementing the Delhi Excise Policy, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Sunday said a look out notice has been issued by the agency against him.

"CBI found nothing during the raid. Now, you have used a lookout notice that Sisodia is not available, despite that I am roaming freely in the national capital and available easily. Tell me where to come?" Sisodia said in a tweet in Hindi, terming the notice 'gimmick'.

In another tweet, Sisodia wrote, "Any false allegation made against us will not stand, every case against us will be dismissed. God is with us.. we will continue to work honestly, their every conspiracy will fail and truth will always win."

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, "At a time when the common man is battling with inflation, crores of youth are unemployed, the central government along with all the state governments should fight unemployment and inflation. Instead they are fighting with the whole country. Every morning they wake up and start the game of CBI and ED. How will such a country progress?”

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday raided Sisodia’s premises in connection with its probe into alleged irregularities in the rollout of the Delhi Excise Policy.

CBI has registered a case against Sisodia and others, including Arva Gopi Krishna (the then Commissioner (Excise), Anand Tiwari (the then Deputy Commissioner (Excise), Pankaj Bhatnagar (then Assistant Commissioner (Excise) and 10 liquor licencees, their associates and others in connection with the case.
