BJP will lose in 2019, says Mamata at Martyrs Day rally

| @indiablooms | Jul 21, 2018, at 01:47 pm

Kolkata-  Addressing a massive rally in Kolkata to commemorate her party's Martyrs' Day, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said the BJP will lose the general elections in 2019 and the signs are already visible with key allies like Shiv Sena leaving them.

In a blistering attack keeping the next general elections in mind, Mamata Banerjee said the BJP's position now is not the same it was in 2014  and in 2019 they will lose.

'We will win India in 2019 and in Bengal we will take all 42 seats of Lok Sabha with the support of people,' she said, adding that like the cloud and inclement weather before her rally cleared, so would India see the end of dark days.

Mamata said BJP is diving the country and looting the country. 'We have to save India, take it forward,' she said.

She attacked the BJP for killing the minorities and weaker section with lynchings and fake encounters.

She said BJP has distorted the meaning of Hinduism and 'we believe in our version of Hinduism practiced by Swami Vivekananda and Ramakrishna'

They have created a Constitutional crisis in India, she said.

She also flayed the Congress and CPI-M in the state for backing the BJP while opposing it at the centre and seeking Trinamool Congress support in New Delhi.
