BJP will create victory record: UP CM Yogi Adityanath

| @indiablooms | May 01, 2019, at 06:12 pm

Basti, May 1 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday averred that the BJP, which was successful in bringing a smile on the faces of farmers and the poor in the country owing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's skilled leadership, was now steering towards creating a victory record in the present Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing an electoral rally in the district's Nagar Bazar, Yogi said that due to PM Modi's skillful leadership, many ambitious projects were executed for the poor, youth, women and farmers, adding that these sections had received the benefit of the projects. By realising the dream of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,' the government has succeeded in bringing a smile on crores of faces.

Enumerating the BJP's achievements, he said that 4 crore people received the benefit of the Saubhagya Yojana whereas 60 crore people received gas connections. Bank accounts of 37 crore poor people were opened.

The BJP will create a record by winning maximum seats out of the 39 seats on which voting has been concluded hitherto and the party will make a majority government under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi at the Centre, the CM claimed.

Adityanath said that everyone was being provided electricity in a similar form in the state, adding that there is no discrimination on the basis of a particular festival or district.

Lauding the PM, Yogi said that Modi had boosted the honour of the country's 130 crore individuals in the whole world and under his direction, metros, medical college, fertiliser factory, University, ITI School, polytechnic college had been developed.

On the security aspect, the country's pride had been increased in the entire world. Indian Army is the world's best. The BJP government ended terrorism, the CM claimed.

Mr Yogi said that the terrorists were given a befitting reply for the Pulwama terror attack in which 40 CRPF Jawans were martyred.

The state government in its two-year-tenure has done historical progress, the loans of marginal farmers were waived off. Illegal butcher houses were shut down, 'anti-Romeo squads' were formed for the safety of women, anti-land mafia teams were formed to remove illegal possession on government lands, Adityanath said.

The BJP leader said that the Samajawadi Party (SP)-Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) were 'zeher' (poison) while Modi was 'keher' (havoc) on terrorism.

The state government is relentlessly making efforts to solve the issues of the farmers. A new sugarcane mill was established in place of the closed Munderwa sugarcane mill. Apart from crushing sugarcane, the mill will also do the work of making ethanol and electricity. In the SP and BSP's tenure, 21 sugarcane mills were sold off after doing scams while the welfare of the farmers was ignored. Now, any kind of discrimination is not being committed in government schemes.

Adityanath further said that the law and order situation in the state was much better. Either a criminal will be put in jail or he will die, he said.

The UP CM urged the people to once again make  Modi the Prime Minister. BJP candidate Harish Dwivedi and other people were also present on this occasion.
