BJP MP Ravi Kishan's father passes

Varanasi/UNI: BJP MP and Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan's father Pandit Shyam Narain Shukla passed away in the temple city after a prolonged illness.

Pandit Shukla breathed his last at 2300 hrs on Tuesday, Ravi Kishan said.

The actor's father was admitted to BHU hospital two weeks back after he suffered a brain hemorrhage.

The last rites would be performed at Ganga ghat in Varanasi.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the demise of Pandit Shukla.
