Bihar: Two killed, four injured in road mishap

Rajgir, Apr 27 (UNI) Two people were killed and four others injured in a road mishap near Chauriya Chowck under Rahui police station area in Nalanda district late last night.

Police said here today that some people were returning home from a cultural show in Nizai village when their vehicle collided with a tree when the driver attempted to save a motorcyclist.

Two people died on the spot while four others sustained injuries, police added.

The deceased were identified as Indal Paswan and Deepak Kumar, both natives of Mirzapur village under Rahui police station area, police said adding that the injured had been sent to the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH).

The bodies had been sent for postmortem.
