Bihar: Five criminals arrested, firearms recovered

Chapra/UNI: Altogether five criminals involved in a loot and murder case have been arrested from Pachrukhi Market in Saran district.

Police Superintendent Harkishor Rai said here today that firearms were also recovered from the possession of the arrested criminals.

He said the criminals admitted their involvement in killing of a CSP owner and subsequent loot of Rs 5 lakhs from him under Bheldi police station area on February 3.

He said that two country made pistols, some live cartridges, five mobile phones, a motorcycle and Rs 89,000 cash were recovered from the arrested criminals.
