Bihar: 55 kgs of gold looted from Muthoot Finance companyÂ
Hajipur/UNI: In a broad daylight heist, armed gunmen looted 55 kgs of gold worth nearly Rs 20 crore from a branch of Muthoot Finance on Cinema Road under Town police station area here today.
Police said that seven outlaws made employees of the company and its customers captives on gun point and looted 55 kgs of gold from the lockers.
Sources said that criminals made good their escape by brandishing firearms in air.
A massive manhunt was on to nab criminals and recover gold, police added.
