Kolkata/UNI: The Election Commission (EC) has taken serious note of some reports coming in of congregation of people to celebrate the anticipated victory of respective parties.

The EC has directed the Chief Secretary of all five states to file FIR in each such case, suspend SHO of the concerned Police Station and report action taken immediately of each such incidence.

The least trend showed on Sunday the supporters ruling Trinamool Congress, which is leading by over 200 seats in the 292-seat poll held in West Bengal, already started celebrating the trend with green abeer and danced in the streets of Kolkata, even when not a single result was out so far.

The Mamata Banerjee led TMC was now leading in 207 seats while the BJP at 81 seats and two others as the latest trend showed.

Though Banerjee was trailing at Nandigram to BJP candidate Suvendu Adhikari, the TMC candidates elsewhere were leading by huge margins.

A shamiyana was also erected at the courtyard of the chief minister residence in Kalighat where Banerjee was expected to address a media conference later today.
