Assembly polls: Sonia, Priyanka, Rahul, Manmohan cast their vote

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi, party's general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, leader Rahul Gandhi and former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on Saturday exercised their franchise for the 2020 Delhi Assembly polls.

Sonia Gandhi has cast her vote at Nirman Bhawan in New Delhi assembly constituency. She was accompanied by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra who has cast her vote at booth no 114 and 116 at Lodhi Estate.

Rahul Gandhi cast his vote at polling booth number 81 and 82 at Aurangzeb Road. Former PM Dr Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharan Singh have cast their vote at Nirman Bhawan.

'Everyone should come out and vote. It is extremely important. Don't be lazy,' Ms Vadra told reporters.

Around 1.47 crore eligible voters of Delhi will elect representatives for the 70-member Delhi assembly from 672 candidates today.
