The top Assam cops said that, Subodh Biswas had managed to flee from Silapathar on March 10 with help from some local persons and some persons identified.

On the other hand, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that, police will arrest the main accused person of the Silapathar incident soon.

“Assam police has already formed a SIT specially for the incident,” the Assam CM said.
