Assam: Huge quantity of ganja recovered at Karimganj railway station
Guwahati, Aug 29 (IBNS): Security forces have recovered huge quantity of ganja at Karimganj railway station in Assam’s Karimganj district on Tuesday night.
Acting on a tip-off, Assam police and CRPF jointly launched an operation at Karimganj station on Tuesday night and recovered around 10 kg ganja near by a railway track.
The recovered ganja were hidden in a container and smugglers managed to flee from the area before security personnel arrival.
