Asaram Bapu convicted for raping minor girl

Jodhpur, Apr 24 (IBNS): A Jodhpur court has convicted self-styled god-man Asaram Bapu for raping a minor girl, media reports said.

He has been held guilty for raping a 16-year old girl five years ago.

Asaram Bapu has been in jail since September 2013.

He runs 400 ashrams across the country.
