Arvind Kejriwal faces protest in Amritsar

Amritsar, July 3 (IBNS): Unidentified person demonstrated against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as he visited the Golden Temple complex on Sunday, media reports said.

According to reports, two men threw pamphlets on Kejriwal and others who accompanied him.

The men also raised slogans against him, reports said.

The pamphlets titled as “Mister Kejriwal tu Sikhan da doshi hain’ (Mr Kejriwal, you are an enemy to the Sikh community) held him responsible for demolition of a historic ‘piao’ at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Delhi and rued that no apology came either from him or his MLA Alka Lamba,The Tribune reported.

Kejriwal released the  ‘youth manifesto’ of his Aam Aadmi Party in the state on Sunday.

Kejriwal tweeted: "HUGE gathering in Amritsar. Youth manifesto for Punjab released."
