Apex court stays Rocky Yadav's bail in road rage case

Patna, Oct 28 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Friday has stayed the bail of Rocky Yadav in the Bihar road rage case, according to media reports.

Yadav has been charged with the shooting and killing of Aditya Sachdeva, when the latter in his Maruti car overtook Yadav's SUV in Gaya.

Rocky Yadav is the son of suspended Janata Dal United MLC Manorama Devi and alleged history sheeter Bindi Yadav.

The Patna High Court on October 19 had granted bail to Rocky Yadav.
