Anandiben Patel ready to step down as Gujarat Chief Minister
Gandhinagar, Aug 1 (IBNS): Anandiben Patel has asked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to relive her as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.
She will turn 75 in November this year.
In a Facebook post, the Chief Minister said: "I have asked to be relieved of the duty two months before that."
Gujarat will vote to elect a new Assembly next year.
