Amit Shah to visit poll-bound Assam tomorrow

Guwahati/IBNS: Union Home Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Amit Shah will visit poll-bound Assam on February 25.

On February 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had visited the poll bound state and he inaugurated several infrastructure projects related to oil and natural gas sector and inaugurated Dhemaji engineering college and laid the foundation stone of another engineering college for Sualkuchi at Silapathar in Dhemaji district.

Shah will visit Batadrava monastery in central Assam’s Nagaon district – the birthplace of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardeva.

He will lay the foundation stone of development and beautification project of Batadrava Than worth Rs 188 crore.

The Union Home Minister will also address a public meeting at Batadrava.

Shah will visit Karbi Anglong district where he will address another public rally.
