Air India pilots withdraw strike threat
New Delhi, May 6 (IBNS) Air India pilots on Friday withdrew their threat to go on strike over non-payment of flying allowance after their dues were paid, reports said.
The pilot had written to the Air India management about their threat to go on strike till their flying allowance was cleared.
Within hours, the Air India management deposited the flying allowance into the pilots' accounts.
The pilots and the management on January 15, 2016 signed an agreement on the issue of pay parity.
