Srinagar, Sept 19 (IBNS): In yet another terror strike, militants on Monday attacked a police post in Jammu and Kashmir's Handwara district, media reports said.

No casualties have been reported so far.

This comes a day after the deadly terror attack on Uri Army camp in Jammu and Kashmir in which 18 soldiers were martyred.

The number of soldiers killed in Sunday's terror attack on Uri Army camp rose to 18  after a jawan succumbed to his injuries on Monday.

An official reports said sepoy K Vikas Janardhan succumbed to his injuries at R & R hospital in New Delhi.

Eighteen more injured jawans are now in hospital, with six of them in serious condition.

On Sunday early morning, four terrorists sneaked into the Uri Army camp and lobbed grenades before making brush fire as most of the soldiers were in sleep.

All the attackers were also killed in counter Army attack.
