The party also accused the Prime Minister of confusing his opponents with that of democratically elected government and said that his action of spying is unacceptable.

"PMO must realise distinction betwn political opponents and a democratically elected Govt, spying on Delhi Govt unacceptable #AntiDelhiModi," the Delhi based party tweeted.

AAP also took on Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and said his actions.

"Use of state machinery for snooping on Delhi Govt by Home Ministry at PMO's behest, is it's superlative misuse #AntiDelhiModi," it said.

The Kejriwal-led party also accused BJP of discrimination, stalling and spying in Delhi.

"BJP's dogma of co-operative federalism not being applied to Delhi, first discrimination, then stalling and now spying! #AntiDelhiModi," a tweet read.
