AAP nominates Sanjay Singh, N D Gupta, Sushil Gupta for Rajya Sabha

New Delhi, Jan 3 (IBNS): The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will send a member of its Political Affairs Committee, Sanjay Singh,  chartered accountant N D Gupta and businessman- cum -social worker Sushil Gupta as the party nominees to the Rajya Sabha, media reports said.

The announcement was  made by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday.

Sisodia said the party had approached to 18 people for the three Rajya Sabha seats. However, many of them have not agreed to become the AAP nominee to the Upper House.

Sanjay Singh, a social activist, had earlier fought elections for the AAP.
