32 Arunachal MLAs set to join BJP

Itanagar, Dec 31 (IBNS): In Arunachal Pradesh, 32 MLAs are set to join BJP, according to media reports on Sautrday.

 According to NDTV, 32 People's Party of Arunachal (PPA) lawmakers are holding an emergecny meeting with Chief Minister Pema Khnadu.

Relations between allies PPA and the BJP soured after PPA decided to expel the chief minister and six other MLAs for anti-party activities, media reported.

PPA has proposed the name of public health engineering minister Takam Pario as the chief minister, media reported.
