Imphal/UNI: Six Assam Rifles personnel were injured when a jawan, identified as Sangpi Baite, went berserk firing on his own room mates at Sajik Tampak in Chandel district on Tuesday night.
Police said the jawan shot himself after firing on his colleagues.
All the injured have been evacuated to Military Hospital, where their condition is stated to be stable.
